APP TO MATCH
Our public marketing playbook · App To Match

How We Get Leads.

We build a working place for customers to contact us. Then we make that page easier to find through useful organic content and, when approved, focused Google Search advertising. Finally, we track real inquiries and the customers they become.

Public methodology, not a claim of completed work. The tasks below describe the steps we follow and intend to verify. Checkmarks are personal to your browser and do not show the company’s actual completion status. Organic search results and paid lead volume cannot be guaranteed.

01 / BUILD THE LEAD PAGE

Give people one clear place to sign up.

Before we spend on traffic or wait for rankings, the website must actually capture an inquiry and route it to our team.

  1. Use a page written for businesses in Apple Valley and the High Desert—not a generic homepage. Explain who we help, what we build and what happens after someone contacts us.

  2. Keep name, email and a short project description straightforward; use a clear “Request a website consultation” call to action and link to our privacy policy.

  3. Check the page from a phone and desktop, submit a clearly labeled test lead, confirm one database record and the expected owner email, and verify the confirmation page. Fix any server errors before promotion.

  4. Capture landing-page source and valid campaign tags on the saved inquiry. Count successful form submissions—not clicks on the button—as actual leads.

  5. Check new inquiries promptly, determine what the customer needs and record consultation, proposal and customer outcomes. No unsolicited marketing enrollment.

02 / ORGANIC SEARCH

Help the right people find the page.

Organic SEO builds discoverability over time. We focus on useful service information, verified performance data and genuine business credibility—not keyword stuffing.

  1. Verify ownership of apptomatch.com, inspect the website-design URL and use the indexing reports to diagnose discovery problems.

  2. Confirm the public sitemap includes the landing page and other useful canonical pages. Submit the sitemap in Search Console; submitting does not guarantee indexing.

  3. Use descriptive links on our homepage, Websites portfolio and related service pages so visitors and search engines can discover the page.

  4. Start with the phrases below, then validate impressions, competition and actual demand with Search Console and Google Keyword Planner. These are targets to investigate, not verified rankings or search volumes.

  5. Use a clear title and description, meaningful headings, services, an easy call to action, useful FAQs and honest structured data. Avoid copied text and thin, near-identical city pages.

  6. Add relevant website projects and client-approved case studies that show the business problem, the work done and demonstrable results. Do not invent testimonials or metrics.

  7. Check loading performance, readable text, accessible forms and easy navigation; fix the issues most likely to prevent an inquiry.

  8. Seek real business referrals, relevant community links, and genuine partner recommendations. Do not buy spam backlinks, false reviews or fake business locations.

  9. Track queries, impressions, clicks, index coverage and completed consultation forms; improve pages based on what prospective customers actually search.

Organic SEO is not a shortcut. Getting a page indexed, linking to it, adding authentic work examples, improving the mobile experience and earning relevant referrals can help people discover it. Google does not guarantee a particular ranking or indexing timeline.
04 / FOLLOW-UP & RESULTS

Measure customers—not just traffic.

Every channel should eventually connect to a real conversation and a business outcome, whether the lead came from organic search, a referral or an approved ad.

  1. Track the inquiry ID, origin, requested website service, submission date and follow-up status. Deduplicate where appropriate and honor privacy and contact preferences.

  2. Record submitted inquiry → contacted → consultation → proposal → signed agreement → verified payment. Mark reports and payments as unverified until evidence exists.

  3. Compare organic queries and clicks, site visits, completed forms, qualified leads, consultations, signed website projects and cost per qualified lead where paid ads ran.

  4. Fix the biggest problem first: visibility, page quality, conversion friction or follow-up. Apply the same verified method to future clients, with their consent and separate data access.

What counts as success?

Not a page view. Not a button click. A meaningful result is someone who submits a project request, can be contacted appropriately, and genuinely needs a service we offer. We then track consultations, proposals, signed work and verified revenue. We review organic and paid search channels independently so we know what actually helped.
